Picton Railway Station

People are asked to avoid the area around the Picton railway station due to a gas leak.

Emergency services were notified around 9:45am of a gas cylinder leaking at the station.

There is a 200m cordon which Police is assisting the Fire Service to enforce, to ensure public safety.

Ferry services have been advised.

Experts are in attendance and people are asked to avoid the area.
