Christchurch Police have tonight arrested and charge a male with the assault of a 21-year-old female in Restell Street, Papanui, on Tuesday 27 March.
He will be appearing in Youth Court on Saturday.
Police would like to thank members of the public that provided information that assisted this investigation.
