Police are in attendance at a serious crash at the intersection of State Highway 47 and 48, near Whakapapa.
Emergency services were called at 6:40am when a truck and van collided.
Details on injuries are unclear at this stage however the intersection is currently blocked.
The Serious Crash Unit are on their way to the scene.
